Welcome to Better Body Solutions Massage Therapy, a place where you can go to Relax, Feel Good, and Be Well. The office is located in Round Rock, just north of Austin. My goal is to help each of my clients to achieve long lasting health with massage therapy, movement, and a healthier lifestyle.
Each massage therapy session introduces the body to true relaxation. My clients leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Swedish, Deep tissue and Myofasical release techniques along with active and passive stretching are used to help relieve pain and tension. Hot Stone therapies, spa treatments and therapeutic health programs are also available.
