Deep Tissue Massage: |

| Involves the manipulation of the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Deep tissue massage techniques are effective for people who have chronic health issues in the larger muscle areas. A considerable amount of pressure is used to release tension and tightness in the affected areas. Certain deep tissue massage techniques can be applied on specific muscle groups to form a focused work massage session instead of a full body massage. Deep tissue work can be very intense but after a few minutes alertness and energy should resumes under normal circumstances. On the other hand, deep tissue massage doesn’t have to be painful to be effective. Pain sensations are different for each individual. So some people will need a much lighter touch to tolerate the deep tissue work they need. Therefore I will adjust the pressure for all clients who need it. |

Theraputic Massage: |

| This type of massage therapy involves making an individual massage therapy and health plan which includes exercises and suggested meal plans for each client. This may involve manipulating soft tissue structures of the body to alleviate and prevent pain, discomforts, and stress to promote health and wellness. Demonstrations of exercises for the client will be done so clients can do them through out the week and clients can chose to commit to a meal plan and a detoxification process to reduce weight and ultimately achieving better health in all areas of health including the mind, body, and spirit. This type of massage therapy is best suited for individuals who are looking for alterative solutions for health problems before they turn to surgeries or other medical procedures that are invasive and traumatic to the body. |

Hot Stone Massage: |

| This type of Swedish relaxation massage uses special heated volcanic lava stones. Swedish-style massage movements are used, which has healing properties for both the skin and the muscles. The heated stones are placed on key areas of the body, including the back, hands, feet and neck providing warmth deep into the muscles, tissues and joints. While the stones are heating key areas of the body, the therapist glides warm stones over the surface of the body gently but firmly to create a deeply relaxing experience with the sensations of comfort and warmth through out the massage session. This is what makes hot stone massage the “Cadillac” of Swedish relaxation massage. Hot Stone massage also helps detoxify and heal the body. |
